I have been tinkering with the config to get it to look as real as possible but still seems off a bit so any help would be awsome if possible. Inside the 'units' folder you can see a couple of .sii files. You can edit them simply with notepad. You need the ones starting with 'interior'. Open 'interior_daf_xf.sii' for instance, and you will see a value called 'camera_fov: 77'. Change it to your liking. It's a try and miss process, really. Now, sit in your driver's seat. Think about what you want to be able to see without moving the camera. Then adjust the FOV and the seat until you can see that. Make it comfortable for yourself and don't worry about what the numbers are. After you have found a setting that seems acceptable, drive for a bit. Higher FOV (field of view) makes anything displayed on screen will seen faster than "normal" eye IRL. In game, press F4 three times and reduce view angle. To mimic as IRL, use 45-50 degree. However that is most suitable for player equipped with head/eye tracking device or VR mode. If you plug in a horizontal fov it will take that figure, use it and calculate the rest. Likewise, if you plug in the vertical fov it will take that figure. For other folks that maybe don't know this; ets2 will read either of the values but you cannot plug in both horizontal and vertical. If you start modding that file you should first get the actual one from the extracted base (def.scs, in this case).
